  • Read It – at this station the students will read about geological discoveries relating to the rock cycle.

 

  • Describe It – At this station the students are given photos of rocks. They will describe and answer questions based on their observations.

 

  • Infer It – students are shown a sheet showing photos of various stages in weathering/erosion. They must make inferences from the photos.

 

  • Illustrate It – students illustrate their understanding of the pathways through the rock cycle. Descriptive text is provided to aid their understanding.
