Science Stations

 

  • Read It – at this station the students will read a short account of the early experiments in the discovery of photosynthesis. It’s a fascinating story and the ingenuity of the experiments is remarkable.

 

  • Make It – This will really help them understand the process. Full instructions provided, easily accessible materials.

 

  • Analyze It – here the students will draw a graph based on data obtained from an experiment on the effects of light intensity on the rate of photosynthesis and answer questions based on their findings.

 

  • Explore It – this station allows the students to explore where the energy in their food ultimately comes from.

 

  • Illustrate It – at this station the students will illustrate the process of photosynthesis in their Student Record Sheets.
