Plan 1 The Circulatory System Sub Plan – The Daily Corpuscle is a 2 page newspaper covering topics on the Circulatory System. There is plenty of humor that your students will enjoy (and groan at!). This is a great resource with a nice blend of fact and humor. A worksheet accompanies this which is ideal for interactive science notebooks. Another worksheet on veins, arteries, capillaries and a pulse and graphing activity complete this lesson.
Plan 2 The Digestive System Sub Plan– The Science Digest is a 2 page newspaper with sword swallowing, bugs and laundry intertwined with interesting facts about the digestive system. It has an accompanying worksheet and graphing activity.

A lovely reading article on Mendel and his famous pea experiments. A great introduction to genetics. This plan comes with a Inherited/Non-Inherited sort as well.
Plan 10 – Tales from the Crypt Sub Plan! This wasp was only discovered in 2017. It is fascinating and terrible. Your students will love it!
