Materials Needed
- Cress or mustard seeds
- Containers (petri dishes are perfect but cress will grow anywhere e.g. egg cartons, plastic cups etc).
- Kitchen roll to act as a substrate
- A little soil (most of the cress will be grown on kitchen roll but it’s good to show them the difference soil can make)
- Water sprayer/mister
